We have in-house hardware, firmware and test capabilities, and we have associates who can handle any associated mechanical design. We can provide 3D models of all our circuit boards, which can then be used to facilitate mechanical design. Or we can take a 3D model of an existing enclosure and use it to ensure that our circuit board will fit the enclosure to meet all specified tolerances.

We work with a number of manufacturing companies in Canada and abroad. If you do not have in-house experience dealing with manufacturing issues we can assist and advise you. Our circuit boards are designed using comprehensive Design For Manufacturing (DFM) rules. We use Altium Designer for schematic capture and board layout, and Altium can compare a board design to a defined set of DFM rules. The PCB manufacturing houses that we use also run DFM checks on our fabrication files to ensure that they can manufacture the boards using their standard equipment and setups, which avoids un-necessary fees for custom processes. We also work with PCB manufacturers to run any pre-ship testing that may be required.
